• Business and transactional information necessary to provide staffing services and maintain appropriate records.

Please do not send Social Security numbers, banking information, medical records, or copies of identification through social media, text message, ordinary email, or general website forms. If this information is required, Pro Med will provide an appropriate submission method.

• Conduct prescreens, evaluate qualifications, and schedule interviews.
• Match candidates with per diem or PRN opportunities, local contracts, travel assignments, long-term contracts, and permanent or direct-hire positions.

• Communicate recruiting, application, credentialing, and assignment updates.
• Provide healthcare staffing and recruiting services.
• Operate, secure, analyze, and improve our websites, advertising, and services.

• Prevent fraud and comply with legal obligations.

Submitting an inquiry or lead form does not constitute a formal employment application, guarantee an interview or placement, or create an employment relationship. Candidates who move forward may be required to complete a formal application and provide additional documentation.

Cookies and Third-Party Platforms

Pro Med does not sell or rent candidate personal information for monetary compensation. Mobile telephone numbers and SMS consent information are not shared with third parties for their independent marketing or promotional purposes.

Recruiting Calls and Text Messages

When you submit an inquiry and provide your contact information, Pro Med may contact you by telephone or email to respond to your request or discuss relevant opportunities.

If you separately consent to receive text messages, Pro Med may send recruiting messages about employment opportunities, recruiter follow-up, interviews, applications, credentialing, onboarding, and assignments. Messages may be sent using automated technology. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of applying for, being considered for, or accepting employment. Reply STOP to opt out. After opting out, you may receive one final confirmation message. To opt back in to texting simply Reply START in order to receive texts from us. 

Data Retention, Security, and Your Choices

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for recruiting, employment, staffing, recordkeeping, legal, and business purposes.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. However, no electronic transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of certain personal information. You may also update your communication preferences or opt out of general recruiting and marketing communications. Certain records may be retained to meet legal, contractual, employment, or business obligations.

To stop text messages, reply STOP. To stop marketing emails, use the unsubscribe instructions in the message.

Our websites and recruiting services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
