Pro Med Healthcare Services will not, under any circumstances, offer a refund. ALL SALES ARE FINAL
Vision reserves the right to re-schedule your clinic dates with the campus based on demand and turnout. You will be allowed to reschedule your clinic date one time only.

TB Information Sheet

Tuberculosis (TB) is a disease caused by germs that are spread from person to person through the air. TB usually affects the lungs, but it can also affect other parts of the body. A person with TB can die if they do not receive treatment. If you have very gotten the BCG shot you can’t get a TB test. Once you have a positive test you Tb skin test will always be test positive. You will need a chest x ray or a Quantiferon Gold test.

Varicella Vaccine Information Sheet

Chicken Pox(also called Varicella) is a common childhood disease. It is usually mild, but can be serious, especially in young infants and adults. You can’t get this vaccine if you are pregnant.

Measles, Mumps, and Rubella are serious diseases. You can’t get this vaccine if you are pregnant or have just had a baby.

TDAP Vaccine Information Sheet

Tetanus, diphtheria and pertussis are very serious diseases. Tetanus (Lock jaw) causes painful muscle tightening and stiffness, usually all over the body. Diphtheria can lead to breathing problems, heart failure, paralysis, and death. Rare in the United States.

Pertussis (Whooping Cough) Causes severe coughing spells, which can cause difficulty breathing, vomiting and disturbed sleep. Diphtheria and Pertussis are caused by bacteria. They are spread person to person through secretions from coughing and sneezing. Tetanus enters the body though cuts, scratches, or wounds.
