  • Current CPR Card
  • Specialty Nurses for specific areas need ACLS, PALS, NALS, NRP, Fit Test, TNCC
  • Physical Exam – within last 6 months
  • PPD or Chest Xray – within 6 months
  • Original 4 hour – AIDs Update
    (if expired then we need current AIDs 1 hour update)
  • Domestic Violence – 1 hr Update
  • Medical Errors – 1 hr Update
  • Florida Law / Rules of Nursing Update
  • IV Certification (LPN)
  • Nursing Diploma (LPN, RN)
  • Influenza Record
  • Immunization Record – Proof of MMR (Typed)
  • Proof of Hepatitis C Titer – Hospitals only
  • Proof of Hepatitis B Shot
  • 10 panel drug screen

Level 2 FBI screen required prior to being hired.

In-services available to new hires and current employees:

Aids 4 hour & 1 hour updates
